Gerald and his team rescued my wife and I from the peak of the Delaware Memorial Bridge. They were kind, thoughtful, communicated well as we worked out our situation. Most tow companies have very sporadic and strict hours of operation but when we needed assistance, we were always able to reach someone. Highly recommend and grateful they work that location!

My car was in an accident on a Friday I called Friday evening as well as Saturday and was not allowed to pick up my vehicle or remove my items. I went back on Monday and was charged $650 to pick my car up I also couldn't leave it there or it would incur more charges. I'm told that only $50 of that is the daily charge there was a fee for them taping my Windows shut because they were left open when I left the scene of the accident in the ambulance. The gentleman that helped me to move my car and retrieve my things is the bright star on the lot he was poliTe although he knew I was being robbed, literally. It's unfortunate that when you're in an accident this way you don't have a choice of who will come and get your vehicle so it's taken to places like this will take advantage of people who wo

It was bad and worse experience from this organization. A complete rip off from individual ls who came to pick there cars. Having cars here bw Friday and Monday mourning and paying over $525 to pick it up. This is sad. You pay yard and admin fee different from storage fee. 😔 sad

Office is NOT open to the public on Saturday and Sunday. The office manager decides if a discount will be given upon charges of vehicle if impounded, that the driver is charged with. Even though a dispatcher is in the office over the weekend vehicles cannot be picked up that are impounded. Office staff is rude and does not great the public with CDC protocol (no mask). Upon leaving tells customer which just paid $425, I hope you never come back. Very expensive.

Towed my vehicle after a serious accident. When we went to retrieve personal items out of the car a few days later, multiple items were missing from the vehicle, including something I have photo evidence of being in the car after the accident. DE state police should not be using this company. But, the woman at the desk was very nice, which is why its 2 stars instead of 1.
