Driving from Arizona to Utah and broke down in Fillmore, came to the cracked piston, and they took great care of us. Fix the minor problem that could have been a huge problem, found the problem and was very thorough. Didn't say we needed something that we didn't. And I really appreciate the honesty. We were travelling and needed service asap. We had a problem with contaminated fuel Travis cleaned the tank and changed the filters. He had us back on the road within a couple of hours. Very professional service a pleasure to deal with.

Hands down an amazing experience dealing with the team at Cracked Piston! I've been on a road trip with my bike for a week now, and my chain snapped on the I15 on Sunday late afternoon. Called first thing in the morning to a few places, and nobody had one in stock . One recommend cracked, and I'm glad they did! Spoke with Travis on the phone to my luck. There was one in stock in my size . They had a full day packed with other customers but told me to tow my vehicle down and would fit it in their day to get taken care of. I brought it down right away and dealt with Travis again. Got all my info and brought it in almost immediately. Shortly after, they brought me in to show some other damage caused by the chain. I brought my truck in here, positive that I had a u-joint or possible front end issue. Travis went through my entire driveline and found that there was nothing wrong with my truck and that I instead had a tire that was not balanced. Mechanics with his honesty and integrity are hard to come by these days. Cracked Piston has definitely earned our future business.
