Steven’s truck power took care of me on Easter weekend when my boat trailer had an axle go out. He assured me everything would be fine and he would get it taken care of and towed to the repair shop. Amazing service on a holiday weekend! Thanks for being such a great company!

I dealt with Kyle on my Dodge truck for over two weeks after my transfer case and transmission mishap. Solid communication and effort. He even stayed after hours to help me out. I would 100% recommend Stevens and Kyle for any work you may need. A+

They will get you back on the road if you really need something but dont trust them for anything more than that. Each time I took my truck here the problem was resolved but shortly after something else would quickly go wrong. The last time I brought my truck in I asked for a full clutch and flywheel replacement that cost me nearly $3,000. I have put less than 10,000 miles on the "new clutch assembly and flywheel" with less than 2,000 of those miles under load. I have it in my regular shop because the assembly fell apart. Turns out nothing but the pressure plate was replaced. I have only pulled one load under 20,000lbs since geting it replaced as well. First off . Didn’t except the kindness of the shop . I had one question and this place answered it without hesitating. I’m calling from another state and Mr Steven’s stopped working on a truck and answered my question and insisted I called back once it was done. Customer service top notch. After weeks of not finding a solution to my intermittent stalling at idle for my ISX15 CM2250 and not being able to find a local mechanic to work on my truck without a 2 week wait. I called Stevens Truck Power on a Friday (randomly found one their videos on YouTube) and spoke to a very nice gentleman and explained my situation. He said they could get me in Monday morning, I live in Albuquerque and was desperate for a solution. I made the 600 mile drive. Monday morning I went in and in 2hrs Travis found my problem and fixed it. He had me out with my truck every step of the way. He did not try and sell me anything or upsell me anything. I was expecting to spend thousands of dollars but in the end walked away with a few hundred dollar bill. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. Costumer for life
