They alerted me to when the insurance company tried to use subpar parts that weren't going to work well. They went above and beyond with the repair of my son's truck. It looks and drives better after the accident than it did before.

Top notch customer service and top notch repairs. My vehicle had minor-appearing damage but was complex to repair. Kevin expertly diagnosed the issues and did a great job getting it properly repaired. My insurance company was a bit difficult to deal with but Craft Collision dealt with it. Craft had to replace an entire quarter panel, bumper, trim, and other damaged parts, but you can't even tell that my vehicle was hit. The damaged area looks like new! Carrie and Natasha kept me informed every step of the process. They helped me dealing with my insurance company. Craft Collision appears to care about customer satisfaction and I would not hesitate to use them again if my vehicle was damaged. Highly recommended! Thank you Craft Collision!

Not only did Craft do a fantastic job on my car’s body repair, I was so pleasantly surprised when the inside was detailed upon pickup! It looks like it did the day I drove it off the lot.
