Craftsman Auto Care - Ashburn

I brought my Honda Odyssey to Craftsman after another shop gave me an unclear diagnosis and a very expensive recommendation. Ian and the team here were the exact opposite experience, clear, straightforward, and easy to work with. They explained what was actually wrong, didn’t push unnecessary work, and focused only on the repairs that mattered. The pricing was fair, communication was great, and the van is running smoothly again. They even took care of an oil change for me at no charge. Really glad I brought the car here. I’d happily use Craftsman again and would recommend them to anyone who wants an honest, competent shop.

Everyone in there was an absolute gem. I had a dead squirrel stuck in the engine. They were able to take my car in to remove, wash and sanitize all within 30 minutes (after some laughter of course). They have gained a new customer and I would certainly recommend this place to friends and family.

Found them on Google and read the reviews. Did not disappoint. Reasonably priced. They recommended upcoming services that the car would need (as opposed to saying that it needed to be done that day) and fave me a printout along with the costs. Would definitely recommend.

Stopped in with a tire issue after my usual place down the street told me it would be Monday before they get me in. I was quickly greeted and the manager looked at my tire in a major downpour. He quickly found a nail in my rear tire and told me he'd get me in and have it taken care of quickly. I waited in the lobby which was clean and comfortable and also had a coffee and snack bar. They had my tire fixed in less than 15 minutes and the manager said there would be no charge since this was my first time in. Great experience and I will become regular for my car maintenance. Clean store, friendly and professional staff, and they took the time provide great service just before closing. Highly recommended

I want to start by recognizing Ian!!! he is the reason this experience stood out. From the very first call, he was responsive, clear, and genuinely helpful. After contacting several other shops and getting vague answers or feeling brushed off, speaking with Ian was a breath of fresh air. He was direct, professional, and made everything easy to understand. When I came in for my oil change, Ian continued that same level of care and professionalism. He respected my time, kept the process efficient, and communicated clearly throughout. What impressed me most was his honesty and transparency. There was no pressure, no unnecessary upselling — just straightforward service and a genuine focus on helping the customer. It’s rare to find someone who combines great communication, efficiency, and re
