Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I have been going here for several years. Always pleased with the service. Went for an oil change today and was greeted by a smiling young lady who directed me. She was pleasant and made the short wait so nice. Once in the bay, I was equally impressed with the efficiency of all the staff working. It was busy but everyone knew what to do. When one worker needed help, another stepped in right away. Very organized and well run. Thank you!

I took my daughter’s car for a much overdue oil change. I was so pleasantly impressed by the entire staff. Especially the manager who I believe helped me. She needed an air filter, he took care of everything. He was so personable, and the technicians had me all finished so quickly. I don’t usually splurge on oil changes, but I have to say, the ac is working better, the car stopped making noise. They’re fabulous!!! Thank you!

This was my first time visiting an Instant Oil Change location, and the experience was extremely easy and fast. I was greeted by Joanna in the bay, who quickly took my information and got the oil change process started. She was lovely, kind, and informative throughout the entire visit. Because of the customer service she provided, they have gained a permanent customer in me.

Late review, but felt it is deserved. They did a great job at performing my oil change on 9/19/25. One of the quickest Valvoline locations I've been too. Staff isn't the friendliest, but I understand cause it was early & who would be happy about being at work haha. They weren't real busy so I was in & out quickly.

I quite literally hate going to service shops (especially corporate-run locations), but I have to say, the service, speed, and honesty I received during my car's servicing was remarkable. Adolfo and Nick were the absolute best. I think they got in trouble for keeping me in the bay too long, but honestly, that extra five minutes to make sure everything was perfect is the reason I will come back. So gentlemen, thank you!
