Definitely an honest and ethical used car dealer. This is the second vehicle I've bought from Ken Cragg. I told him what I was in the market for, and he found it for me, and it was 2-4 thousand dollars less than the equivalent vehicle on the "big" dealer used lots. I highly recommend him, and I will be using him anytime I'm in the market for a used vehicle.
