Craig Road Car Wash

I’ve been a loyal regular at Craig road Car Wash for year's, but the quality has gone downhill lately. My latest visit was the final straw. I got the $45 service, but they didn't even touch the inside of the car—it was so filthy that I had to go home and re-clean the entire thing myself. ​It’s disappointing to see a place I used to trust provide such lazy service. I’m tired of paying $45 when im only get the bare minimum. Unfortunately, after being a long-time customer, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I have always had good experiences with this car wash. They did Blue right for my Vegas visit! The only thing that I would point out is a majority of people with chrome rims want them to be the highlight and quite a few spots was missed thus the reason for my giving 4 stars instead of five.

I i had to edit this review. It used to be 5 stars back when this was a good place when they would take their time and do your car correct. Only one person is good there now and that's the person who you first see when you drop your car off. All of the workers, they don't know. English and they don't listen to you at all and then when you have the nerve to tell them the manager who is rude. Comes over there and bans you from the car wash, this is ridiculous. I got the number to the corporate office and when I call it just says leave a message, I will be discontinuing my service here. I've been coming here for 17 years. And so has my father and my kids, but I will have all of them discontinue going Thank you.

I’ve been coming to Craig Road Car Wash for years, and they always do an amazing job. My wheels look great every time. Big thanks to Charlie and the team, you guys are the best!

First time customer. Staff was very helpful. Great atmosphere. While you wait, you can browse for car accessories and snacks. Unfortunately, on my visit the carwash tunnel was broke down 🫢, but they did hand wash my vehicle. 🤗 I would totally recommend this business to my friends and family 💯!
