Awesome people! My husband and I stumbled upon this truck online the day after it had been listed for sale. We hopped on a flight to Kentucky the next day after my husband spoke with Doug and was reassured that it was a solid truck. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and Doug even took us to lunch and gave us a tour of their charming countryside while we waited for our wire transfer to come in. Joyce, the secretary, and Randy, the owner, were helpful and informative. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase. We drove the truck back home all the way to New Mexico without issue. On Monday the 4-10-23 i went to check out a bucket truck for my company. We got down there and it was what I wanted. There was a issue with the front tires, that being said they took care of the situation and no complaints at all. Randy and the lady in the office was very helpful, very friendly and doin business with them was perfect. We will definitely be back to purchase another truck from them at another day and time. 5 star review from me. Happy, very impressed and definitely friendly. Good people.

I bought a day cab truck sight unseen and requested that it be modified into a dump truck before I received the vehicle. Craigmyle was extremely helpful in every way during the process. The truck was as described and was built exactly the way that I requested. I live in Michigan and they drove the truck over 1/2 way to meet me and I was in no way pressured to accept the truck if I was not satisfied. Doug was great at listening to my requests and did exactly as I requested to the vehicle. It was a very pleasurable experience to know that there are still good companies to do business with today and I would definitely do the same transaction again without hesitation.

Drove all the way down from Michigan to purchase a vehicle from here. The staff was very helpful over the phone reassuring me that what I was seeing online was exactly what I was coming to buy. Once at the dealership I was able to take the vehicle for a test drive and get some expert advice from both of the people working. Though I passed many other places to buy vehicles this type on my drive down I would make the long trip again to work with them. Friendly and courteous and honest. Buying used work trucks can be a gamble but they assured me with what I was getting and helped me through the process. I look forward to doing business again in the future and as I said I will make the drive down from Michigan
