I bought a new Ford F‑150 from Crain Ford of Jacksonville on February 13th as an out‑of‑state buyer. The sales experience at Crain Ford was great—easy online shopping, smooth phone negotiation, and a helpful sales team. The problem is the paperwork. Crain Ford of Jacksonville collected sales tax for my state, but the check they sent for my DMV registration was written to the wrong municipality. The DMV rejected it, and I was turned away. Since then, I’ve been stuck with delays and no clear resolution. Right now, I have a brand‑new $60k truck that I legally can’t drive because of a paperwork mistake Crain Ford still hasn’t corrected. The sales team was great, but the follow‑through has been extremely disappointing as I will soon have a giant paperweight for this paperwork issue. Current
