For the past 25+ years, I've had at least 5 of my vehicles repaired by Ron and his crew. From simple tasks like windshields and headlights to complicated projects like getting my totaled roll-over 4Runner back on the road, and whether paid by insurance or as a self-pay, we've always had the vehicle professionally repaired, completed in a timely manner, paint matched, and out the door with a lifetime guarantee, looking good. Even though Ron's hourly charge-out rates have gone up (like every professional service provider in the region), they are still significantly less than charge-out rates utilized by the body shops in Jackson. Ron has an in-house knowledge of auto body repair born of a lifetime of experience with a wide range of vehicles, and that can't be replaced. Highly recommended

It’s a locally owned shop, and Ron himself was on site—professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. He took the time to provide a thorough and detailed estimate, which I sent to my insurance company. The customer service was excellent, with a quick response and a helpful, straightforward approach. Although I haven’t had the repair done yet, the attention to detail and care shown during the estimate process gives me full confidence in their work.

Can't say enough good about this team! They took care of my truck the same day that I walked into the shop, and they treated me like a king while I waited! We had a great chat and they even shared the pizza that they ordered for lunch. Who does that?? CRASH is the absolute best!
