I am very upset. I called on Tuesday and set up an appointment for Friday at 10:00 a.m. to have a specific part replaced. Dropped my vehicle off before 10:00 on Friday & called the shop after 1:00 p.m. and they told me that they were about to bring my vehicle into the garage to work on it. That it should be done within an hour . Got there at 3:30 and they were still working on it. The owner informed me that they didn't have the part but that they replaced something else. So they did work that I didn't authorize without notifying me that they were doing it and without telling me that they didn't have the part that they had ample time to order. Note they did not even mention to me when I called in the afternoon to check if my vehicle was ready that they didn't have the part that I requested

My girlfriend and I are very grateful for the owner of this establishment. We road-tripped all the way from Massachusetts and after having car troubles and getting the run around from a lot of the other car service establishments in the area, he was very knowledgeable, straightforward, and helped us get back on the road within our timeline. If I didn’t live so far away I would bring all of my vehicles here for services

After driving to Driggs from Arkansas I noticed leaking oil under our 2006 GMC Yukon. The gentleman at Table Rock Auto quickly diagnosed the problem which turned out to a loose oil filter. He tightened it, checked the oil level and didn't want any money in return. Thank you!!!
