Crash Champions Collision Repair 5th Avenue

It has been a great experience with Crash Champions Naperville. It took a while for them to fix my car but it was worth it. People over here are nice and friendly, they make sure to help you understand the process and timeline. They kept me updated with the progress. Devon was nice enough to give me a call once the repairs were complete and made sure to give me a walk around. Thank you guys!

Had my mazda6 fixed here abt 3 years ago, lady behind desk was incredibly rude, think her name started with an A or something can't remember. Repair was also junk work, after it was "fixed" the lip in between the grill and the hood came off while i was driving. When I came back to talk to the GM, he said I'm the one who broke it. I explained to him if that were the case he would've seen a point of impact or damage around the lip, but there was nothing. He ended up fixing it for free but overall a hassle and terrible place to get work done. Oh and after I picked up the car the first time, the headlights were two different colors!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Crash Champions made the whole process completely seamless! They were fast, friendly, and professional from start to finish. My car came back looking perfect. Highly recommend them for anyone needing quality repairs done right the first time!

Overall I am not sure where the negative reviews are coming from but I had an excellent experience with Crash Champions Collision and will be using them in the future. Our lexus had damage to the front of the vehicle, the hood and passenger door.
