Do not take your car here. I was told that the malfunctions happening in my car were not the fault of being rear ended, (even though they appeared immediately afterward) but were instead because of a dead battery and I was required to bring them a battery. They changed the battery for me, pretended that they were doing me a favor for doing so, and said that magically fixed the malfunctions. I drove my car 7 minutes off the lot and the malfunctions appeared again. Which, of course they did, because if the battery is unhooked, the computer gets reset, but the issue is not actually fixed. I even specifically asked if they could drive my car for a bit after installing the new battery to make sure the malfunctions did not reappear and was told that they had already done so. Do NOT take your vehicle here!!They did a botched up job fixing my car. When I expressed my concerns, they said it was because the insurance wouldn’t pay for the OEM bumper, but that they would contact the insurance company and then upon further inspection of my car we found more things wrong with the car that they did so I called and spoke with the manager, who said she would be in contact with me before the end of the day which was last Wednesday and today is Monday, June 2 and I still have not heard anything back from this company!

All star service! I'm moving in 12 days to another state so I do not have time to get my car fixed here, but there was an issue with my door that needed to be fixed ASAP. I told them I could pay out of pocket to have it fixed. They told me don't worry about it and a tech came out and fixed it in 2 seconds! This took away so much stress from my busy move days coming up. I can not say thank you enough! WOW! I LOVE THESE PEOPLE! They me a huge favor and they did it with big smiles and grace. 🙏🙏🙏😁

Want to start off by saying that everyone I dealt with WAS friendly and tended to be helpful, but despite that I found the quality of work to be lacking. My initial repair ended up running an extra week or two over estimate, fine, I had access to another car at the time and didn't have to worry about dealing with a rental. Vehicle was fixed with cheaper aftermarket parts per insurance, including a bumper cover that just would not fit properly, and it only got worse at speed, in the cold, hot etc. They agreed to order a new, OEM bumper and said they'd let me know when it arrived. I called back three months later, about December(?) was told they'd contact the parts manager and call me back. Nothing. Three MORE months later I call back and was told it arrived in January but nobody told the m
