I found Crash Champions through my car insurance but am so grateful that I did!! Lexi took care of me at my first visit and was extremely professional and kind. After that, she and the owner, Bo, continued keeping me in the loop on the extensive repairs on my car. I would get an update almost every single day, with what stage of repairs my car was in as well as the estimated completion. I never had to wonder if my car was in good hands. They even told me the name of the people that completed each stage of repairs, like body work and paint. They worked so well with me and my budget, even when my insurance didn't answer a call about coverage for over a week. Crash Champions had a couple of issues with the hood needed for my daughter’s car, but they did an amazing job putting the new hood on and blending the new paint, and they provided amazing customer service despite my frustration over having to wait almost 3 weeks to get the car back. They are wonderful and I highly recommend them for their customer service and professionalism.
