Crash Champions Collision Repair Cassat Ave

I brought my car in to have a bump/dent fixed. The dent itself was repaired, but since getting my car back my car has been making noises and having issues that I did not have before. I’ve had to come back to the shop about four times and have left my car there three different times trying to get everything sorted out, which has been very frustrating and inconvenient. What’s even more concerning is that they told my insurance company they would take my car to the dealership for my car’s make, but that never happened. I trusted that my car would be handled properly, and this whole situation has been disappointing. I just wanted my car repaired correctly without all the extra problems.

This company really has it down pack. Everyone is so knowledgeable and super nice. They have so much patience and will answer all your questions. The front desk receptionist is so nice and down to earth, personable and professional! I’d highly recommend this location of Crash Champions for all your collision repair needs!!

Ms. Emily and Shaeem were very kind, polite and professional. They kept me informed ans up toasted every step of the way, and helped me get Ina rental.

They did the paint and repair good enough but the car was returned to me in horrible condition on the inside. It looked like a car that had been sitting in a junkyard with the windows down for a month. I took it back for it to be cleaned and they still didn't get it back to the state it was in when I left it with them. I figure it's going to costs me $100 at a real detailer to get it cleaned. The pictures I posted are from after I took it back to be cleaned. Notice the literal paint overspray on my leather seats. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!!

Crash Champions were absolutely amazing in getting my car fixed after an accident. Emily at the front desk is exceptional, she was so helpful in getting my car taken care of. Will definitely be back to crash champions for any future needs
