Thoroughly impressed, I was prepared to leave my car that day. After the initial assessment and inspection, Jose texted me with the additional information and an estimate. This is my second time bringing my vehicle to this location and they have always exceeded my expectations. With taking care of my vehicle and on top of that a quick turn around. They kept me updated throughout the whole process as well and gave me a call to let me know when my vehicle was ready for pick up. Love that the staff is very friendly and make you feel like family. Also if you are in need of a rental after dropping your vehicle off they call Enterprise and arrange your pick up if available. Look no further and bring your vehicle here!! They repaired the damage. The repairs itself were not to the standards they claim to do. They also took apart my solar waving cat inside my car. They broke it. It was a gift. They also removed a pin from my visor. Must have triggered the person, I guess. Their customer service overall needs work. I felt rushed. I couldn't finish what I was saying without being interrupted..I didn't even get to bring up any of the issues to their attention before getting dismissed.

I had a fantastic experience at Crash Champions! Robert really impressed me with how quickly he got my car fixed. He was on top of everything and made the whole repair process seem effortless.
