My car was damaged after someone unsuccessfully tried to steal it. The staff here were extremely communicative, helpful, and understanding. They fixed over a thousand dollars worth of damages within a week and a half. They sent me text updates regularly and were extremely friendly. They also worked well with my car insurance. I would strongly recommend them to anyone!

Great place, Great Team, Great communication, Quality Work. It took 2 weeks and 6 days for them to fix my truck which seems like a long time but It’s understandable for the amount of other cars they also have to prioritize. Only complaint is time but nothing you can really do. Recommend if you’re in Clarksville & you need repairs.

I had a car accident last saturday could not come sunday because they were closed and my job makes me work 6 days a week for 12 hours straight. Service Body called me Wednesday Afternoon at the last minute instead of Monday Morning to call and tell me that I need authorization to work on my car. It has been sitting in the parking lot for 4 days. Somebody can easily grab my belongings. They lied and told me they can fix my tire by taking to discount tire for free. I get a text from my adjuster saying they cannot do it and it would charge $163 for ONE TIRE. I will never come to this place again.

Crash Champions was great! From the initial drop off to the day of pickup, they communicated every step of the way. Dealing with an insurance claim is already stressful enough, I was so grateful that Crash Champions made this such a smooth process. I was also pleasantly surprised by how clean and beautiful my car was returned to me. I swore I had new tires they were so shiny! This shop charged my insurance for new parts. After I complained about the paint job not matching the color; they handed me my old bumper. But wait It had more scratches, had never painted and, to this day still crooked. Crash Champions is that one champion trash; you should avoid at all cost. They very well deserve to file for bankruptcy
