This review is long overdue. In May 2025 I had to have my front bumper repaired. I chose this shop because they are Tesla certified, and from the estimate through completion, the experience was outstanding. Communication was excellent, and the quality of the repair exceeded my expectations. In December, I unfortunately hit a pole and expected the damage to be expensive. Instead, Jerry took the time to explain that an adhesive remover could address most of the issue and save me money. He even offered to take care of it himself. Afterward, there was only a very minor scratch, which he repaired using touch-up paint. When he was finished, I couldn’t tell there had ever been any damage. The service was really quick, Shahe was great at working with me to get everything done. It was all completed within a week. I went through allstate so they were able to drive me to enterprise and grab the rental car as well.
