Crash Champions Collision Repair Crest Hill

Had repair work done after being rear-ended. First thing I noticed is that they disconnected my dashcam and saying itc was for privacy reasons. This is personal property you have no right to disconnect anything not associated with the repair you're making. Then noticed the wiring for my hitch was hanging down onto the muffler..... Plastic wiring versus got muffler equals melting wires. They half assed corrected that but wiring is still exposed. Then I checked the power for my 4 pin and there's no power. It worked fine before the crash and was part of the repair. I emailed the manager about that and have yet to receive a response.

I can not say enough good things about this place. I was referred here by my state farm agent for a comprehensive claim on my 21' CRV. I had never heard of, nor used Crash Champions and was weary. When you walk in you are greated by a wonderfully amazing receptionist who goes out of her way to ensure you are taken care of. Then, my estimator Cody was great at getting me taken care of seamlessly. My biggest praise was that I expressed that I REALLY needed my car back quickly (most of the damage was moulding and plastic that fits not need paint) and they got the car back to me in a DAY!!! I dropped the car off on a Thursday and I was driving it at 3pm on Friday. They even went above and beyond by cleaning the inside which was a chore in itself since this is my work vehicle and I practically

I really loved this shop car looks new! The huge dent on the side of my car is repaired and looks like it never even happened. I got a quick appointment to repair my car. The instructions are very easy and clear (you park outside and call them they will come to you). They worked with the insurance for me. I also really loved that they kind of work with enterprise so I could leave my rental there when I picked up my car! The initial estimate they gave me was 4 days but it actually took almost 2 weeks. I am completely satisfied with the work that Crash Champions did on my car. The job was done in a timely manner as promised. The staff was professional and helpful. They made the entire process easy.
