We did not purchase a car from this dealer, however the customer service was not great, and the dealership itself was dirty and not presentable. They already left a bad taste in my mouth from the beginning when the worker made a racist assumption about my husband. We test drove a car, and it was very dirty on the inside, it had garbage in the center console, and a random t-shirt in the back seat. I used the bathroom while we were there and it was terrible. They had an open pack of napkins to be used for toilet paper, and there was a straight razor blade, as well as thumb tacks on the counter. It is a very small dealership, so I was not expecting it to have all of the bells and whistles as the big name dealership, but if it were me I would at the very minimum make your space, and the car yo

I bought a car here about a week ago and and was very happy with my purchase. I had a great experience from beginning to end with Cesar. From the time I steeped into their lot I felt that he was transparent, and truly trying to help me. I bought a Honda Odyssey from Plainfield Motors three years ago for a great price/value and we are still driving the car around.
