If I could give em 10stars I would. Service and Staff was excellent. Kept me informed at all times, I loved that. My car was fixed in a timely fashion I couldn’t have asked for any better service. Would definitely recommend and/or come back if needed in the future

Horrible experience. Tyler at Crash Champions East Ponce DeLeon location underestimated my damage to my insurance carrier. I believe they knew at the onset that they couldn't repair the damage that a deer did to my undercarriage, but they wanted the Allstate insurance money at my peril. I had to call several times to find out my vehicle repair status because none of the promised completion dates were being honored. Unfortunately, by the time I'd had enough of the shady practices and unacceptable delays and wanted to remove my car for my dealership or another shop to do repairs, they claimed my car was already unassembled. They ended up taking my less than 5 year old SUV completely apart and rebuilding it! I only found afterward that the original repair person had been fired and left

I recently moved to the area, but few weeks ago my car was hit by someone in my old neighborhood. My insurance gave me a list of companies to choose from, and I chose crash champions location because they had excellent reviews. My car is now repaired and back with me, and I can see why they have so great reviews. Everyone at the shop was so patient, friendly, and helpful. My service advisor was Omar and he was amazing! He was easy to talk to and always contacted me about the progress of the repairs. Just the fact that I was able to keep in contact with the same person from start to finish was very helpful. The work was done really well and came with a warranty. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs.

The staff was very professional and friendly. They were honest with the type of work they were to do on my vehicle. I am also satisfied that their warranty is for the life of the vehicle.

A tree fell on my car during hurricane Helen and I took my car to crash champions the work was fast and my car looked even better than when I bought it thank you so much for your patience with me🙏🏽 some days I wasn’t a pleasant person and everyone kept there cool with me and stayed professional when I did get irate thank you thank you thank you. Your whole team is amazing!!!!!!!
