Had a claim through insurance. Front bumper replacement on a new car, a grip of little sensors and doodads to replace, a specialty paint that needed to be matched, etc. etc. The woman I spoke to a few times at the front desk was always super friendly and polite, and the turnaround was very fast. I was expecting to be without a car for much longer than I was. When I went to pick it up, it was detailed on the inside and outside (so sorry to whoever had to vacuum my long hair out of the floor mats, you did a killer job though) and looked brand new. Great experience. Would not choose to have my parked car hit by an RV meth lab a second time, but were that to happen I would come back to this shop for repairs.
