I had such a great experience for my first visit here. First off, the ambiance inside was welcoming and clean. The receptionist at the desk (sorry I forgot her name) greeted me with a friendly smile and eye contact. I was a bit late, but she said it was no problem. I came in for an estimate on some body damage and talked to Tristan, who was professional friendly, and polite. He went above and beyond after I told him I was going to use a white sponge to take away scuff marks. He advised against that as those sponges can also remove paint. He recommended a soft cloth and just a bit of product he was going to show me. Before I knew it, he was buffing out the scuff marks for me! Tristan was super communicative, helpful and straightforward about my repair. The text message updates were really helpful so I could time my pick up. The best part was that my car was fully washed and detailed upon pick up which I had not expected - it was a nice treat in the midst of the inconvenience of needing car repair!

They repaired my car in 2025 from an accident so when my right window mechanism broke they are who I called. Their tech Brandon took apart my door and fixed the window, turns out it was missing screws in the track. He did an awesome job and was super quick with the repair.
