Stop by to have some minor damage to my vehicle and Kyle and the team were pleasant and customer oriented from the moment I walked in. Kyle took a quick look with five mins of my arrival and was able to take care me and my car with ease and his experience, made look easy and simple. Definitely recommend to someone, customer service is excellent. Kaylee is amazing. They did an excellent job on my car.Which my car got hit by a deer,when they go it done with my vehicle it looked like a new brand car,,can’t tell where the demaged is. Thank you so much for your service

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not do business with this company. Quoted a price for repair and that is not the price they charged after work was done. With no prior approval for additional fees. I got several bids prior to sending my company vehicle to them for repair and they showed as the cheapest. Obviously a scam to get you in the door. I should have read the reviews prior to making my decision. But 35 years working and living in this community, I will make sure people know about this place for sure. Edit: there is nothing else to explain. I was given a written amount for repairs (see below)and upon completion, I was given a different (higher) amount to pay. No approval was given by me or my company for the higher repair price.

The staff were wonderful and super fun! Communication was good on when parts were ordered and when repairs would be completed. My car looks like new!!

They did a fine job with my repairs as far as I can see. I am very unhappy that they did not detail my car. We've had a run of bad luck with deer and uninsured motorists. The other shops sent our vehicles home pristine clean. I did some research and found that cleaning the cars before pickup to be a standard thing in this industry.. They got paid 7000 in repairs. It wouldn't hurt them to clean the car. It was the only silver lining I thought I had with this thing.
