It was my first experience at Crash Champions. I can say that upon on arrival the place was hidden but when I made my way to the area I remember seeing a well organized company. From customers cars lined and parked perfectly outside to the tidy and well kept building. My first interaction was the front desk the receptionist was warm welcoming and acknowledging, as well as helpful. She was respectful, polite, and straightforward to assist. By far some of the best service I’ve had ever received. My advisor Sandy was understanding, supportive, and funny. When she checked out my car she was quick to pin point the exact repairs and quick to think of how she can restore the condition of my car. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Crash Champions. Sandy was my service advisor always seemed annoyed when I would call. She originally quoted one/ two weeks to paint my bumper. Instead, my car was in their shop for 27 days for a simple paint job. Every Tuesday and Thursday I received the same automated text saying my car was “in line to paint,” with no real updates or progress. After weeks of waiting, I finally called on Wednesday to ask why my car still hadn’t been painted. Only then was I told they would paint it that day, with pickup scheduled for Friday. It’s very frustrating that it took repeated calls from me for my car to finally be worked on. This felt like poor communication, lack of urgency, and false timelines. Absolutely awful. I stopped by to get an estimate for some repairs on my truck. They never responded, replied or followed up at all. Dealing with repairs on my son's car also, my wife tried to schedule repairs and was finally able to reach the right people to get it scheduled. Went to drop the vehicle off and they had no info at all. We even had the confirmation message and they couldn't find our info. After leaving, we get a notice that we canceled our appointment. So they were evidently able to find the appointment to cancel it. My wife called the central office, and they tell us that we canceled our appointment, we corrected them, and told them the situation. Their central office said they'll look into it. And they still didn't have any idea about the estimate for my truck. Don't waste

My first experience with Crash Champions was a good one. The facility was clean and well organized. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and my advisor Joe was professional and very cordial. Even my limited interaction with the other advisors was positive. They kept me updated throughout the repair process via text and their online system. And they made sure my vehicle was washed and cleaned when finished. To top it all off, they offer a lifetime warranty, as long as I own the vehicle. I highly recommend Crash Champions.

I should have looked at the reviews for crash champions before I agreed to use this place recommended by the other guys insurance co, all the reviews are accurate ! First off they were nice to get my vehicle in, but then everything changed at the en, they threatened me that I needed to pick up the same day it was completed, mind you I was at work and no where near, they said they are notifying the rental car co, and I would be responsible for the holiday weekend fees, but they wait a lil after hours for me to pick up, but then I noticed so many flaws and the lady sandy promised they would make it right and here we are months later still not fixed, I have to look rear door misaligned, panel popping off, the reused emblem that was reinstalled at an angle they used thick tape so it pops out m
