Amanda and Ray were both incredible. They stayed in communication, set expectations perfectly, and did everything they could to make sure the transition was smooth and that a stressful situation didn’t have any additional stress. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of completely. Not to mention the car looks GREAT! I won’t go anywhere else for repairs.

Normally I wouldn't have chosen a place not associated with a dealership. This was a place through insurance. But I absolutely would recommend them and use them again! Customer service was exceptional! The work was excellent! Even told me up front that insurance might not cover an alignment check but she still included it and if not would let me know (alignment check was included and was still good!). They worked scheduling around my schedule (a week later than my inspection) and got all the work done on time even a day earlier than the 4 days estimated! Highly recommend! Thank you!!

My experience was better than expected. Setting appointment was easy, dropping off car and they handled the rest. Estimate was done in approximately 48 hours. They gave me the anticipated completed date and gave me text updates as parts either showed up or were delayed. They actually beat the anticipated completion date by a few days. We did have to take it back for a correction and they fixed the hood while we waited. Their paint looked amazing. I was shocked it looked so close, even on a 2013. Once they aligned hood, everything was even and perfect. The office and waiting area is clean and I had zero issues. I do wish they had a rental car place here or nearby or maybe a ride to hertz, etc, but that’s only a minor issue unrelated to their service.

I can genuinely say that this is the best car repair company I've ever worked with. They made the entire process stress-free and straightforward, even assisting with my rental car pickup. If I had any concerns or issues, I felt completely comfortable reaching out to them, and they were always ready to resolve anything without hassle. Plus, I have a lifetime warranty! The staff was exceptional, treating me with care and respect. What I appreciated most is that they made me feel like family, not just another customer.

The most professional experience I have ever had with any organization regarding my cars. My car was completed in a very timely manner, the work was done well, the staff was very kind and competent during a time that was very stressful for me and updated me regularly regarding the progress on my vehicle. If I ever need another repair I will goo to them!
