Crash Champions Collision Repair Jacksonville West

Overall I’m very satisfied with Crash Champions. The work was done in a timely manner and the team was very helpful! It also appears that they washed my car which is nice. My only minor concern is the fog lamp, it’s not flush with the bumper like the one on the right, it about 1 inch behind the bumper.

I had a great experience at Crash Champions. The team was professional, communicative, and made the entire repair process stress-free. They kept me updated every step of the way and finished my car on time looking brand new. The quality of work and customer service truly exceeded my expectations. I would definitely highly recommend them!! Angie and Angel are the best ever!

I gave a 5 star even though Crash Champions had many mishaps. Angie was not very good or reliable, she promised the car to be done multiple times, she was also hard to get a hold of. Angle was amazing and was the reason Crash Champions got a great rating. He was very professional, a leader, and great customer relations skills. If I come back, I want him to be my writer.

I love the hard work that was put into repairing my vehicle. Angie at the front desk and Angle on the repair team kept me well informed about the issues and timing of returning my SUV. I give this Blanding location a 10 star. Thank you guys.

I can’t say enough positive things about the staff. They listened to my needs and my concerns fully before offering options. The work was done in a timely manner. My 16-year-old Highlander was almost totaled out after a semi tire took out the entire passenger side. After they put it all back together, it looks like a five-year-old again. I will definitely be coming back in the future if I need repairs in the future. (Fingers crossed that doesn’t happen.🤣)
