Amazing experience! Fast, reliable, easy to deal with! I was rear-ended while stopped at a red light and they were recommended by my insurance company. They took care of everything for me and repair was immaculate! Now I’m highly recommending them! Total peace of mind during this process. Great staff!

I want to be clear that the staff I interacted with were professional and responsive. However, I have serious concerns with Crash Champions’ authorization form and how it is structured. The authorization required to proceed with repairs is extremely detailed and, in my opinion, takes too much negotiation and decision-making power away from the vehicle owner when dealing with the insurance company. I understand that the form is designed to protect the repair shop, but it should also protect the consumer. As it’s written, the authorization places the repair shop and insurance company on one side, while the vehicle owner loses meaningful control over negotiations, repair scope, parts decisions, and settlement authority. Crash Champions did an amazing job on our Nissan. It looks brand new again. Everyone that we spoke to was extremely nice and professional. They even finished way above the timeframe that was quoted. THEY LIE AND HAVE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! BE AWARE WHERE YOU TAKE YOUR VEHICAL: I took my car into this shop by an insurance claim. They spoke to the insurance company I was working with and lied about my car. They claimed that I had “dog feces” in my vehicle and said they refused to work on my car. It was a chewed up stick that my dog had shredded. I’m not sure why they went out of their way to make up such a disgusting lie! Would not ever take any vehical here to people who lie about something so disgusting. Do yourself a favor and take that time to find a better shop with the customer service you deserve! Don’t always look at the ratings of places, read the reviews!!
