I recently brought my Ram 1500 here for repairs. I had hit a deer head on so the front end needed repairs. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. At first the experience was great! However, initially the bumper installation had a significant gap, which was immediately noticeable. When I brought the vehicle back for them to address the issue, and see what was causing this atrocious gap which they then deemed that it was the bumper causing the issue so they ordered a replacement bumper again. Despite my repeated attempts to follow up, and keep in touch, I was never informed when the bumper arrived, and I have had to reach out too many times to get an update on my own vehicle. I had my Honda CRV repaired due to a collision. The drop off, pick up of rental and the communication was on point. They told me what was happening and at what stage my car was in, as far as when it was supposed to be finished and what had been done that day. I would definitely recommend them. I will definitely use them again if I need any repairs. Front desk woman rocks and is very knowledgeable about what is happening with your vehicle. Five Stars for sure.

I picked my truck up from the shop after a week of it being there, and after I picked it up there was a screw as well a nail in my front passenger tire. I did not know it at the time when I drive off but realized it after I had left the shop. If you take your vehicle here to get fixed make sure you check the tires for nails and screws before leaving the shop.
