Crash Champions Leander is the best. Excellent customer service they go above and beyond. Janie is the best she was there for me. I really appreciate how patient and attentive she was to me. If anyone ever needs great bodywork done to a vehicle that has been damaged. I will 100% recommend crash champion Leander for the job. I was able to get my vehicle back and it looked like a brand new vehicle. All of the ladies in the office are so nice and helpful. And let’s not forget the great repair men as well. Thank you again for all your hard-work!

Most importantly, the workmanship was good (at least for now as it’s only been a few days). The people there are also very friendly. However, when I dropped off my vehicle I was told I would receive regular updates (at least a couple times per week) via text message. They had my vehicle for 25 days and I received one update from them during that entire time. I was given a completion date of 11/21 but was told it would likely be done before that. I had to call multiple times to find out status. Each time I was told they were having problems with their text messaging system. But if that was a known issue, I would have expected a phone call update instead. Amazing service from start to finish. We are in Lakeway and their shop was 3-4 weeks out. This location got me in same day and my vehicle was fixed in just over a week! Just in time for last minute Christmas shopping and holiday travels. So thankful!

What an awful experience. First, they make you sign a contract for repairs before providing an estimate. How can I decide the best way to proceed with repairs without seeing the estimate. They made an excuse saying this practice is to speed up the process and get a rental vehicle. Second, they missed an obvious dent on the bumper. They said that it was not part of the accident in their "professional" opinion. Our car was hit head-on and the damage was on the front bumper. I told them that and their response was that the dent was not pointed out by us when we dropped off the vehicle for repairs. It’s been almost a year since I gotten my car repaired. I gave champion 5 stars but now I’m noticing loose parts and scratches on the roof because they didn’t put a tarp on the roof of the car. My bumper on one side is bent and it’s making a sound. And this is a brand new car. I hate leaving comments but you guys have to do better.
