Crash Champions Collision Repair Lynchburg

This is by far the worst place I have ever dealt with. They are unable to keep their stories (lies) straight about why they have to postpone my car being ready. This had gone on for four months for a bumper repair. They still haven't replaced the Lexus emblem that they misplaced. They have a new reason everytime i call.

Alexandria, Diana, and Paul are very talented and wonderful people to work with. They work hard to get your car fixed. Mine had a lot of damage and took a month to come back, but they never gave up. If you need any repairs they are the ones to go to! Performance Collision center. I'm hoping to get my husband there to have his painted! Thank you all!

My boyfriend and I dropped off our car for repairs here. The experience was pleasant and reassuring. The staff was all really friendly and helpful. They were able to answer all of my questions and explained the process in detail. There were parts that got delayed for my vehicle, but Alexandria kept me informed about the situation and gave me regular updates. My car look great when I picked up! You couldn't even tell where the damage was. Would recommend to a friend!

I appreciate the amount of updates via text. I was updated at every step of the repair process. My truck was at their shop for 4 weeks and I was never left wondering what the wait was for. Also I needed to get some things from my truck multiple times and they had no problem letting me come by and get what I needed.

The absolute LACK of communication in any form is absurd. Pushed back day after day week after week with no communication unless I reached out to them for an entire month of them having my vehicle. Having to take off work to be there on the "supposed" finishing date and still not completed. Apologies do not make up for time taken off, rental fees, and extremely poor communication. Would not recommend if you are looking for communication and updates or a reasonable turn around time.
