I had an awful problem when I ran over a bucket. It was a small bucket. It caused so much damage to the underside of my SUV. The mechanic and the people at crash champions were wonderful. They are all about customer service and they didn't rush through anything they let me know every step of the way what was going on, and every time I called they put me through with someone who could speak to me directly about my vehicle. It was it amazing experience and they fixed my vehicle up and I have been happily driving around for days with no problems. If you need a place to go I recommend them 100%. I had a remarkable experience with Crash Champions. Bill, Lauren, and the entire team I dealt with were thorough, professional, communicative & kind. Dealing with insurance during a process like this can honestly be infuriating, but Crash Champions & their staff made the process just a little more tolerable, and for that, I'm truly appreciate. It was a bit of a commute to get to them, but I guarantee you I'll be returning should I ever need any body work done again on any of my family's vehicles. Special shoutout to Bill - he's a rockstar. Deer damage back in early December 2019. Front of car, hood and driver door were a mess. Surprisingly, car was not totaled. I’ve never had an accident before and was unsure who to choose for repairs. Given the approved choices by my insurance carrier, I chose Service King for convenience to my work location. They did a great job, communicating an estimate on repair time as well as filling me in on progress. Car was done a few days prior to estimated due date before Christmas. Only complaint I had was the car had a very strong odor when I picked it up due to the paint job. I called and was told to give it about a week. If it still had an odor to bring it back and they would deodorize it. After a week it was fine. No other issues have arisen.
