I currently own a 2024 F-150 2wd version of the pickup truck and was concerned there were no tow hooks in the front bumper area. I purchased oem hooks from ford performance and tried (2) ford dealerships to have them installed, denied both times. Booked a 7:30am appointment and was driving out at 8:29am with them installed with a high level of attention to detail. Could not be happier! Great job Malvern Automotive! Amazing service. From the time I walked in the door to the time that I picked up my car I felt so at ease with the whole process. Usually leaving my car is stressful but Andy (the owner) made me feel so comfortable with the whole process. Also Jeff (the tech) that worked on my car was super helpful in explaining to me what was wrong and how to fix it and went over pricing with me. It was a seamless task! Extremely happy and highly recommend this company to anyone.

My family and I have been using Malvern Auto for over 10 years. Andy and his wife always provide us with fast and great service. Anytime I have a problem with my car or if I just need an oil change, Andy from Malvern Auto is my first and only phone call. I actually bought my first car from Andy. He made sure everything was clean and running great. I recommend him to everyone and think very highly of him and his wife. I couldn't imagine ever using anyone else for my automotive needs. Got inspected and an oil change and was in & out in my scheduled timeframe. Fair price and nobody trying to up-charge for unnecessary work, unlike past experiences at other shops. Plus there is a cute dog - would recommend
