Crash Champions Collision Repair Manchester

This was the second time I used crash champions for my repairs. They did such a great job the first time I chose them again years later at a different location and I was not disappointed. These people make it look new again. I was very impressed with the service and updates along the way to finish and they were spot on with all promises.if you need body work for your automobile this is your place you won’t be disappointed!!!

The staff here was kind, communicative, and very supportive. Lisa helped guide and reassure any issues or questions I had. Additionally, Adam helped with communicating any specific inquiries I had about my car. It was a great pleasure going through this shop.

Great customer service bumper replaced vehicle was in the shop for 4 days. They said it might take longer due to calibrating the vehicle after. But they have a company come by and do those on site!

We used Auto City a few times and had great experiences. Brought our 2016 Sonata into Crash Champions after colliding with a deer on the passenger side. Got the car back with a used replacement headlamp in worse condition than the original driver side headlamp. The hood was poorly repaired and also didn't open with the hood release. Brought the car back and the technician confirmed all of the concerns. He unsuccessfully attempted to repair the hazy headlamp, repaired the hood, and denied having anything to do with the hood not opening. I took it upon myself to make some easy adjustments on the hood to open properly. We then brought the car back again for the headlight condition but were only greeted with opposition from the front desk. Not happy with the repair or the customer service.

From start to finish this was a fantastic experience. Lisa at the reception desk was extremely helpful and knowledge. She even stood a lil late so I can pick up my vehicle. While the damage to my vehicle was minimal, I cannot tell where my damage was. Literally my car looks like brand new. I got my car back sooner then expected.
