I was rear ended. Crash champions did the repairs quickly and the workmanship was excellent. You could never tell someone hit my vehicle. They kept me informed via text regarding insurance, repair estimates and work completion. The customer service in person was outstanding.

I was so upset when I crashed my 2017 Camry and was worried the work to bring it back to its pre-collision driving capability would be impossible but Service King made me a believer! They were so nice and Angel gave me calls 2 times a week or more to update me. He is incredibly friendly and reliable. They were even nice enough to bring the car to me free of charge because I was close by. My car was finished 9 days earlier than they had estimated and I was shocked! It looks even better than it did before the crash and drives the same, it's only been 2 days driving it but so far It's wonderful. They also cleaned the inside out, which impressed me because I live on a sandy road and can never get it as clean as they did. I would recommend them to anyone for collision work 1000x over. Thank

They timed the repairs correctly, communicated often on where they were with them and were transparent about waiting on parts. It took two weeks which is what they estimated at the beginning. However when I received the car back the blinker was not working and called to let them know. They asked me to bring it in. I realized later that evening the headlight that was replaced was not working either. I called them to let them know this as well and asked if they could help me prepare for the time it would take to fix something like that. Th gentleman that answered on Saturday said I most likely hit a bump and the bulb came loose. I felt like he was rude a little about it because I was asking simply for planning. I went to Crash Collision repair after my first wreck. Angel treated me so well and was super honest with me. They were quick and always kept me up to date with how it was going. I would 100% recommend them for anything especially Angel. He was the best!

My sister and myself were involved in a collision and our Acura was damaged but drivable. While looking for shops to repair the damage we were getting quotes of almost two months out for the Acura to be taken in, repaired and returned. Due to the delays in shipping caused by issues in the supply chain we were understanding of the length of time.
