I dropped my car off for repair on December 29th and got it back on February 13. That timeline, while long, would’ve been fine and understandable, except until I got my insurance company involved in February, I didn’t receive any updates or communication from the shop unless I called them and asked for one. Each of the two times I called in January, I got a different explanation for where my car was in the process and how long to expect. The first time, I was told the car was almost done, but they were waiting on moulding to be delivered, and once it was delivered, which was the next day, they just had to install it. The next time I called, a week later, I was told that the person previously working on my case was “no longer with the shop” and given a different excuse and timeline to com

I brought my car here after someone ran a stoplight. I had a few minor issues after getting my car back, I called and talked to Jim who had me come in and they addressed everything quickly and happily. I would most definitely use them again and refer anyone needing collision repairs here.

For me I found their work to be disappointing given they had 2 weeks after the insurance agreed to pay to do the work. The hood gaps are not even, there is a bolt stripped on the headlight, when they gave the car back to us the lug bolt covers where sitting in the cup holder and the headlight bulbs didn’t match. Plus, the car now pulls likely fixable with an alignment but that should have been done when the adjusted the frame. On the plus side the people where very nice to work with.

The organization did well with my bmw and I appreciated the fact they check all my tires although I got hit on the right. The Employee were all very nice and professional Appreciate the experience and thank you for taking care my Sophia.

I had the best experience at service king. My Chevy traverse needed body work. They got us in and ordered the parts, completed the work and got my car back To me in less than four days. They also were able to order roof rails and installed them for me while it was being repaired. They even cleaned the inside and outside of my car and were so nice and knowledgeable to work with. I highly recommend.
