Crash Champions Collision Repair McKinney

I brought my RAV in to get the buzzer fixed Toyota kept sending the wrong buzzer. Finally Doug physically went to Toyota, met with parts manager and found the correct part. This is above and beyond customer service. I will recommend this company to my peers. EBG

This is my second time using Crash Champions in McKinney. Customer service was fast and professional. They went above and beyond (driving to pick up an unexpected needed part) to make sure my vehicle was completed same day. The work done is perfect with a lifetime warranty on repair. They even cleaned/detailed my car before I arrived to pick up. Love them and will use them every time.

Recommend this to anyone who wants to deal with the best in the business. We have used them two times and they treated us like family. They didn't try to give us the run around, they kept us in the loop at each stage and both times were done earlier than initial expectations. I'm a bit traumatized with repair shops since I had a bad experience in the past (took 6 months to get my car back from Service King). However, Crash Champions helped shift my perspective. Communication is important in this type of situation and they stayed on top of it. They even informed me the bumper might have a slight variation in color, but it honestly turned out perfect. I appreciate their transparency and every employee I encountered was friendly and informative. They noticed they forgot to calibrate my blind spots on my vehicle and contacted me immediately (at 9PM) to inform me so that I could get it done ASAP.
