Great experience with Cindy and her team. Super friendly, finished my car a day early and kept me informed thru the whole process. I even had a small misalignment with my front bumper which we noticed on the walk thru before drop off and I was a bit upset.. to my surprise they offered to correct that as a courtesy and it looks so good! I also had been rear ended a month prior and that shop didn’t address certain things which is a bummer but crash champions took care of me!

I want to extend my sincere thanks to Crash Champions, especially David in customer service for his excellent work and communication with me. His excellent service and talent, as well as his attentiveness to me, were always very kind and generous, always keeping me up to date on my car repairs. 100% recommended. David, thank you very much for your exceptional 5-star service. I was very happy and satisfied with the quality of your work.

My worst experience I've ever had! It was a mistake to let Jovana attend to me, she plays with customers, she is a very rude and arrogant person, she has no respect or knows how to treat customers, she is a person who humiliates me just because she thought I don't understand English, she left my car in the shop for 3 weeks, just for a few scratches, and thanks to Mr. Eduardo Villa, they finally gave me my car back, Mr. Eduardo was very kind as they should treat customers. I thank him for his kindness and that he has treated us with respect! Jovanna doesn't deserve to be there, she's very unprofessional especially because she humiliates those who don't speak or understand the English language, well that's what she thought about me, than I don’t understand or speak English. Jonathan and his team were awesome!! My neighbor smashed up my BMW's passenger door and after a little research I brought it here. Jonathan was totally professional. He let me know what was going on the whole time and dealt with the insurance company. My car was fixed quickly and I cant even notice where my car was hit. I hope I never have to go back to Service King but if I have another issue I will totally bring it here! I would tell my friends to also!
