Crash Champions Collision Repair North Fredericksburg

Crash Champions did an outstanding job on my 2002 Honda CR-V. The General Manager Mark did the work/repair on my vehicle for free. My insurance company wanted to offer me payout and salvage my vehicle. This cause me a lot of distress. I only had cosmetic damage to my vehicle because someone had side swiped me. I filed a police report and the other party was found at fault and had no insurance. I called my nsurance and they said we will pay for the repairs and to go to Crash Champions. After they looked at it apparently the cost of the repair went up beyond what my insurance company quoted me. The vehicle is in great running condition with 275,000 miles on it and has been a good friend to me. I did not want to let it go. I talked to staff to get more information and that is when

I picked this company because of the reviews. Someone hit my car, and the process from getting an estimate, to scheduling my appointment, getting a rental - which was very easy, and it only taking a week to fix... overall was a great experience. Communication was great, no issues, and the work done was fantastic. Would absolutely recommend.

They don’t call with an update and the work wasn’t done as promised. Don’t go here. The truck was 10 days late being finished. Picked it up while you waited for a light for the mirror and you promised to call when the part came in. I received no updates via phone or text. I finally called today and was told to bring it in. It took about 30 minutes for the install and when I got in the vehicle, the same fault indicators were illuminated. I explained to your representative that the warning indicators were doing that when I first picked up the truck. The response I received was “Why didn’t you let me know then?” My question is this: Why aren’t you performing quality checks? This one was easy to see when started the truck. I wouldn’t recommend this business.

Quick and responsive. Car looks like new. Some tape residue left on the roof and rear quarter panel, but it cleaned up easily enough. The color matching was perfect, and they even replaced a door edge trim that was looking a little rough. EDIT 05-22-25. I noticed my new bumper was separating from the fender and thought the side bumper support had broken, and the fender had nothing to attach to. I bought a new bumper support and tried to fix it to discover Crash Champions had riveted my side marker assembly to the bumper, trapping both the marker assembly to the bumper AND making impossible to remove the rear most retaining clip securing the bumper to the fender. I had to push the clip through the bumper from the top. I managed to get my new bumper support in and everything together again

Dropped off my car for a minor bumper repair. The drop off process was super easy. When I went to pick up my car, I was incredibly pleased by the work, it looks brand new! And not only did they repair the bumper, they also washed the car, and cleaned the inside. Truly went above and beyond what I was expecting. I highly recommend this shop!!
