Crash Champions Collision Repair NW McKinney

Back in 2023, but still makes me feel ripped off and violated... Worst body shop experience I've ever had. I brought an '02 Corvette to them and they tried to give it back to me looking worse than it did with the damage from someone backing into the door and cracking the paint by the door handle and scratching the body side molding. The body side molding was barely on with weird gaps nothing like the other side or original part attached flush and there were ripples and still chip lines in the paint. Adding insult to injury I had to argue with them to get a refund because they didn't really replace all the parts they charged me for. I only noticed by accident because the work was so bad that a real light they claimed to have replaced was epoxied in... They were lile... Oh whoops, we though

Eric was fantastic to work with, so helpful and professional. And so communicative! I had a sense the whole time that he was handing it for me, from helping with a rental car to fixing my vehicle, to dealing with insurance. I didn’t have to do much, he took care of everything. Frank at Crash Champions took care of me. Had an incident at a business in McKinney that damaged my truck. He was quick, honest and gave me some awesome tips and tricks for the upcoming repairs. Hopefully don’t have to; but would certainly go back to see them right away if I ever needed it. Felt like they took deep pride in ensuring that I felt comfortable with how they explained everything and how they would handle upcoming repairs.
