Stay Away From This Place At ALL CAUSE BEWARE, I Usually Don’t Leave Reviews But I Would Hate For Somebody To Go Through What I Went Through, So I Was Involved In A Minor Traffic Accident Which Left My Front Right Wheel Completely Detached From The Vehicle And The Fender Got Hit As Well And The Bottom Part Of My Bumper Got Ripped Off During Towing But Other Then That The vehicle Was Perfectly Fine No Airbags Deploy No Warning Lights. I Will Also Leave A Picture Of The Damage As Well See For Yourself Mind You I Have A 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited Nuntin Fantasy . I Was Quoted $20,000 dollar of damage mind you look at the picture, right i said the same thing. For some reason they went out of there way to make sure my vehicle was listed as a total loss, in the estimate which i might post

Service King did a wonderful job. I knew nothing about them until my insurance company suggested that I used them to fix my car after it took a hit in the rear. The staff that I interacted with was super friendly and helpful. Since my insurance company sent me there, Service King was expecting me and pretty much knew who I was when I walked in. They even made sure I had a rental car next door at an Enterprise. When I dropped off my car, they hooked me into their text service and I pretty much recieved daily updates on my car which was great. The first text I received was the estimate and time frame on the afternoon I dropped off my car, amazing. The car was finished just over a week later on the day they first told me it would be done and it looked perfect like it was never even

Received my car back only to have the AC broken and inside door panel rattling. What a scam. I trusted Terry & Jennifer only to be scammed in the end. Jennifer tells me there's nothing they can do. So unless you want to have to fix things that weren't broken when you brought it in, stay away from this place & it's employees as if they have the plague. Couldn't be more disappointed in a business if I tried. Shame on establishments like this one. This place is the reason people don't trust mechanics anymore.

Great staff! Like most people, I enjoy being treated special. Jennifer delivered with amazing customer service and genuine friendliness. My vehicle was repaired at her location on at least three occasions, almost back-to-back, due to Florida drivers running into me. Crash Champions and I have a warm rapport.
