Crash Champions Collision Repair Post Falls

No way will I ever promote this company to anyone. My sliding door that I had work on no longer closes on my van. My van is not driveable. They left spare parts in my van, which are new. These parts were the ones I am betting they were going to replace. Completely frustrated with the lack of attention to detail.

Went in to get some body damage fixed on my 2024 Toyota Tacoma about a month ago. At first it was great but it went to crap at the end. I was gone for work and when I came home I noticed a bunch of stuff messed up on my car. They left a big Scratch on my passenger side headlight, didn’t plug back in my blinker and then someone cut into my window tink and glass on my passengers side window. They also left a stain on my back seat that wasn’t there when I dropped it off and it has a foul smell in it. When I called about it they said it “had to go through a manager”. Come on, I just got it back and it wasn’t like that when I dropped it off to you guys. It should have more scratches and stains on it. You guys need to learn how to take care of people. It was our first time using Crash Champions and we were impressed with the entire process. While the repair was very reasonable, we were also updated along the way and the car was very clean, inside and out, including the floor mats!
