Great service and an excellent overall experience. I’d like to acknowledge two outstanding employees: Brandon Silva and Tanya, who manages the front desk. Brandon has a great sense of humor and is very knowledgeable. A special mention goes to Tanya. After dropping off my car, I waited outside for a rental car pickup. I had been waiting for a while when Tanya, who was also outside on a break, noticed me. She kindly asked about my situation and offered to check if someone from the shop could give me a ride to the rental location. Her offer was spontaneous and thoughtful—an empathetic gesture that made a big difference. Kudos to Tanya!

I made my insurance claim on the app and they recommended Crash Champions. From the time I walked in to drop off my car to the end was an amazing experience. They made me feel comfortable that they would take care of my car Brandon was super helpful and the lady at the front also very helpful. And the text messages and the portal that let me know the stays every step of the way was amazing! Then! It was fixed 6 days earlier than quoted which was also amazing. I was able to pay through the portal and pickup my car easily. Then I got my car and realized they had washed it cleaned the inside and it was so shiny!! I have never in my day had a mechanic wash my car. So this was a great experience.

Our car needed external and internal repairs after colliding with a deer. The car took about 2 months to complete and was a mess upon return. Electronics are malfunctioning, glass and debris left throughout the car. Small repair details overlooked. The shop did not reach out to update on the process of the repair except to collect necessary paperwork and notify the car was "ready". I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Love these guys!!! Had my first ever fender bender and it shook me. Called my insurance company immediately and they gave me crash champions number. They work together with my insurance company and can direct deposit instead of waiting for check . They took in consideration it was my only car and I take care of my 94 year old mom and they did it in record time . Thank you Brandon for going beyond

It’s taken me a year to write this review and I’m glad to report that my SUV is still in as good condition when I picked it up from Crash Champions. Last February, I hit something in the middle of the road that fell off someone’s truck (secure your stuff, people!) tearing off most of my bumper. In March, I took my car to Crash Champions and within two weeks they had it back to normal. You can’t even tell what happened! Not only did they service my vehicle and detail it upon my pickup, but they were really easy to work with and they were courteous. They made this headache much easier to deal with!
