Absolutely love the team at Crash Champions. Super friendly and informative staff up front, and the work shows how skilled all the technicians in the shop are. Car was done faster than I expected and I'm thrilled in the shape it's in. The team could tell I loved my car and gave it the attention to detail that I would. Thank you. I'll tell everyone.

I will say they did a fabulous job with my vehicle repair and were friendly and very communicative about the progress of my vehicle. And also it didn’t take too long so I loved that! However, when I received my vehicle back it had to be jumped to leave from the location (I was told it was sitting a while and my commute back home should charge the battery enough) when I got it home and returned back in the vehicle the vehicle would not start - I was able to get a jump to make it to advance auto to be told the battery is too dead to be charged and would have to purchase another one. You would think that they would know to start the vehicle occasionally while it was in their possession so this would not happen. After 2 texts a day telling me my car was on track and after making arrangements to take rental car back was texted again the same day it was not ready. Hood does not line up by any stretch of the imagination. After three weeks I was told they would have to start from scratch to make the hood line up. You can see my engine from outside the car. Need zero star option. Not pre-crash condition. Also stole my carbon fiber emblem. It was undamaged on my hood. The hood was replaced. So where did my emblem go? Interior of my car smelled of cigarettes. I dont smoke. Unprofessional shop. Stay away from Crash "champions". Stay away from Geico insurance.

I used Crash Champions when a sheet of ice flew off of another vehicle on 95 & damaged my vehicle. The timeliness & service I received was top of the line - and you cannot even tell any damage was ever done! Breanna Guyer was a substantial part of my great experience. She nearly acted as if she were my personal assistant, keeping me updated not only on a daily basis, but as any progress was being made. I feel like I had a family member there taking care of me. I could not recommend their services & working with Breanna more!

Took my Civic here after a deer clipped me and they had my car taken care of and looking good as new in no time at all. Will be recommending them to any one in need of body work. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
