I have my Car sunroof broken and received amazing and professional service by John (which he's patiently inform the service and the process to someone like me who had no idea how's insurance process work!) and friendly customer service by Angel! They helped from insurance claim all the way to deliver the car in good condition (they even do the car detailing for me) Really happy with the outcome and will definitely use them in future!

You decide what you think is right, I just took my car there because my insurance USAA told me they use them. I was afraid that if I took my car to my shop would have been more expensive. It was a fender bender, replace the grill in the front and the back bumper. I took the car on the 17th of December, and they told us it would be done by the 30th of December. Quick fix. They gave us the car back on Jan 14th, 2026, almost a month later. I never heard any call back until I called them the first week of January, they gave me all kinds of excuses that the parts they were receiving were wrong. I understood that but the lack of customer service and the lengthy repair was not good. Now I hear a fan noise, not taking it back there.
