Not informed about how long for the repairs because they didn’t know what was wrong. No wheel alignment machine or mechanic at n.9th street shop. Just a terrible experience and not knowing when my car would be finished was frustrating. Don’t bring your car there , but if you have to use these company go to the one in Tannersville, pa . They have the machines and mechanic there and a really nice manager Josh.
Incredible job Crash Champions did on my truck. After my accident the entire team made the process stress-free. They were all exceptionally kind and professional, keeping me updated with calls/texts every step of the way. I never had to wonder what was going on with the repair.
Crash Champions did a great job repairing and painting my car. It looks like new. Plus, a lifetime warranty for painting!
