Crash Champions Collision Repair Sugar Land

Misleading TRUST. I left my 2022 MB E450 there after an unsecured load blew back on my car. No call back with an estimate from Crash Champions at all. They forgot the car alert me when the door is opened and it was not until day 3 and on the day the rude disrespectful guy said he did not want my business the door had not opened at all. I was told the Service person a Hispanic Gentleman told Allstate it had a rick chip and that made my claim void. Nobody called to ask questions. He assumed. I have 2 cars and a home with Allstate and a windshield , small dent and a light was simple enough to handle with communication. He tried to say the damage was significant under the fender but it was not nor did you estimate that to me or Allstate, For him to tell any customer he don't need my

I had a fender bender in my 5 y/o car and had a great experience here. The whole process was smooth and painless. They were friendly and professional, kept me informed about the progress of my repairs via text and to my surprise they called almost a week ahead of time to let me know my car was ready to "come home". On top of the outside looking like new, the miracle extended to the inside. It was an amazing transformation. Looks like it did when I brought it home from the dealership. I couldn't be more pleased with the whole process!

12/13/24 UPDATE 2 turn around for additional drop off, at this point to dealership of my vehicle. I waited a bit hopeful all has been resolved to officially conclude my review. Between insurance company of the insured, crash champions & my dealership my vehicle has returned without any additional challenges, immaculate & neatly kept as dropped (appreciated) therefore I will maintain 4 Star Rating alongside my Update 2 review. 12/12/24 UPDATE: My heart sank when I realized not even 24hrs passed & my brake lights, hazard lights, left & right signals didn't work upon repairs completion. HUGE SAFETY RISK for myself & family. I looked at reviews and HONESTLY paniacked. I made calls & emails to insurance, dealership & repair shop immediately!
