I was rear-ended and contacted this collision shop to repair my truck. I explained upfront that my vehicle has an interlock system installed, and I was told they could help and to bring it in after the New Year because they were very busy. I waited several weeks based on that information. When I finally brought my truck in, the experience was extremely disappointing. The person I dealt with was the manager, John, and he was very rude and unprofessional. He acted like he did not want to work on my vehicle at all, raised his voice at the Smart Start interlock representative who was trying to assist him, and then hung up on them. After that, he told me he “wished he could work on the truck” but couldn’t. I wasted weeks waiting only to be treated poorly and turned away. John has terrible cus

We had the best experience here getting my Kia Sorento fixed after some storm damage recently. They were so nice and explained everything that was going to happen step by step. Customer service was above and beyond ! They are definitely the best we have used to repair damage and these days great customer service is not easy to find. I would give them 10 starts if I could. The blonde woman upfront is so sweet and funny, the gentleman that helped us with the estimate is Michael I believe, he’s a tall guy with a very good demeanor and is extremely professional and knowledgeable.

This shop and crash champions in general are awful the work is terrible the service is worse and they are crooks , they charged my insurance for a bunch of new parts when most of the parts were used or the original , many of the parts didn't exist , the vehicle had to go back to them 3 times before we gave up DO NOT GO HERE!!!
