Crash Champions Collision Repair Torrance Alaska

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with this center. Unfortunately, there appears to be a serious lack of communication, customer service, and professionalism throughout this process. What should have been a simple repair has now taken months to resolve. Communication has been especially frustrating. Calls and emails often go unanswered for extended periods, and updates are rarely provided unless I reach out first. A customer should not have to repeatedly call the center just to receive updates or follow up on work that was still incomplete. On both occasions when I picked up my vehicle, it was returned to me in a filthy condition. In addition, there is excess polish compound left on the car that was never properly removed. I attempted to follow up about this issue as well,

My car was struck on two occasions within three months. My insurance sent me to Crash Champions for the first repairs which was the entire front end of my Challenger. They did an amazing job and I went back after my car has sustained a deep gouge in the rear quarter panel and paid out of pocket. After both repairs my car looked new. The costs were fair and I highly recommend them.

Jose, my service advisor, was exceptional from the moment I met him. Even Bianca, at the front desk was warm and inviting when I first arrived on day one and signed my original paperwork. The repairs were completed in under a week, I even got my car back one day early! Jose knew that I had planned a Big Bear trip with friends Friday-Sunday for Oktoberfest and worked extra hard to have the repairs done by then and he met that goal! I want to also personally commend Oscar the technician that worked on my car all week. The paint job was pristine and matched my “Wind Chill Pearl” glitter white I originally bought the car with. I wanted all OEM parts, and that is precisely what they got for me. My car looked better than when I purchased it off the dealership lot. They even detailed the interior

Don’t come here. The lack of communication is ATROCIOUS!! They don’t know how to fix your car correctly. I’ve been trying to get my bumper fix for MONTHS. Every time I call it’s the same conversation for the past month. “The part will be here in 2 business days” or “We’ll give you a call back tomorrow” and it’s just been nothing. Jose who’s supposed to be handling the service is absolutely terrible at communicating. Out of all the phone calls i’ve made, i’ve only talked to him once. Don’t know what this company’s problem is but they have to fix it. Seems as if these employees lack urgency because they clearly don’t care about the job that they are paid to do.

They greet you with a big smile as soon as you come in through the doors. Great Customer service. They go through every detail concerning your repairs. Thank you again
